This lists all reported hours, by member name and activity type, for the current and prior years. Scroll down and click your name for an individual report. Click an activity type to drill down to activity details. Click any time period to drill down to quarter, month, week or day.

This report lists all reported VE and PV, by member name, for the current and prior years. Click your name for an individual report. Click any time period to drill down to quarter, month, week or day. Please NOTE: the left column header says "Mission Hours as values" but the hours are hidden, so the column results are NOT hours, but ARE the VE count and PV count for each member.

This lists all current competencies (including REYR or REWK), by member name. Scroll down and click your name for an individual report. This AuxInfo report has a lot of detail and has many uses! For example, from the initial report (showing all members), scroll right to the 'instructor' column; then click the header of the 'instructor' column to see a list of all instructors.
Remember your responsibilities: confidentiality and non-disclosure
The Auxiliary is established by Congress and administered by the United States Coast Guard (Title 14, U.S. Code). Members must be aware of the organizational responsibilities and limitations intended by the Congress.
Auxiliarists with access to AUXINFO, AUXMIS or AUXDATA information and other CG records are responsible for properly safeguarding such information. (14 U.S.C. 821). As a policy matter, a roster of member names, home addresses and home telephone numbers shall not be made available to any external person or organization, nor used for any non-Auxiliary purpose. Information included in Auxiliary telephone directories published by the Director or other Coast Guard component are also covered by the Privacy Act of 1974.
The Act, with certain exceptions, prohibits disclosure of personal information about an individual from United States Coast Guard or Auxiliary records. "Disclosure" includes distribution, dissemination, or copying of any material containing personal information, except for official business. Violations may result in administrative and/or disciplinary action by the United Startes Coast Guard, and/or civilian criminal sanctions, including a fine of up to $5,000.00.
